Boot Camp
High tempo class for those of you interested in a total body workout
30/30 A complete new class, this class combines 2 30min classes in one unique class. be prepared to be pushed!!
Circuits  An excellent way to simultaneously improve your strength and stamina through a combination of simple activities
Teenage Fitness A class for 13-15 year olds, designed to give a unique insight into the gym, fitness and your overall general well being
Tai Chi  Another NEW class, Tai Chi is holistic martial art class seeking to use you internal energy (chi), self development and self-defence

**All classes MUST be booked in advance in order to reserve your place

***All classes will start at the allotted time. The management reserves the right to alter the timetable in accordance with staff availability and class numbers.

****All classes need to be paid in full at the time of booking.Classes can be booked 7 days in advance. The payment is non refundable nor transferable to another class. Anyone cancelling their class within 24 hour or not attending their class will not be entitled to a refund - and will risk not being able to book future classes.
